These are flexible metallic hose obtained by spirally winding a pre profiled strip of metal, interlocked with a groove, with/ with out packing of high temperature resistant asbestos rope.
Double interlock with packing is used for exhaust, steam, Tar Spraying, Suction, Transfer of high density liquids. Single interlock with out packing is used for armouring of Corrugated Hose, Protective Cover for electrical installation. Polygon type is used for exhaust application in automobiles.
Hoses are offered bare and with fittings as per custom requirements (like Female Swivel Nuts, Floating/Fixed Flanges, elliptical or square flanges etc.)With flange/thread type end fittings made of are made of Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel.
The hose Assemblies are TIG Welded, or Brazed. Hoses are available from 3/16” ID (4.7 mm) to 14” ID (355 mm)
